Position Description:
- The Instructional Designer works within a multi-disciplinary team to create interactive e-learning courses and similar products with instructional design, writing/storyboarding, and project management duties
- Interface with subject matter experts for content analysis
- Apply ID expertise to identify objectives, design course content and layout, create e-learning storyboards, and write assessment measures
- Ensure quality control of instructional design and content accuracy and adherence to product design guidelines
- Research and keep abreast of evolving instructional design standards and innovations in the industry
Required Skills/Background:
- 4-6 years experience
- Bachelors or advanced degree, preferably in education or related discipline
- Must be able to demonstrate curriculum design and needs assessment/diagnostic skills, authoritative understanding of adult learning theory, and familiarity with e-learning industry standard
